SITUATION

After the opening of the new Vashon Center for the Arts performance space, leadership realized that they had a great undertsanding of major donors, but had not engaged the wide variety of possible contributors in thier small community. The first-ever year end appeal was developed to raise awarness of the VCA's impact on the community and provide supporters a way to give back to the arts center.


SOLUTION

To be most effective, we chose to use a theme that was approachable to the largest audience- "wiggly feet" and tactics that were consistently branded and used a minimal budget to implement. Deliverables included: Branded look and copy Direct mail piece with branded reply device and mailing envelope Video creation and placement Email marketing series of 5 pieces Social media campaign including content creating and placement Website content Partnered with VCA Staff and designer Susan Newsom


RESULT

Goal of $10,000 Campaign raised over $40,000
